Jerry is very knowledgeable and accommodating

Friendly but consistently bad throughout the 6 days it was there for a water pump that I may or may not need of needed, I just picked it up today. From not being able to get in touch with Barre to the excuses of lack of customer service such as corporate having their attention, understaffed, and the “system” being down Friday and Monday. Maria in service being somewhat rude to me for wanting to pay online or over the phone because of the system being down or being cut short while speaking with her to be place on hold. 1600$ for a 400$ part I should have received better customer service.

Great customer service.

We came in for a specific issue regarding the software on a brand new vehicle, an oil change, and for information about body work. We were told the system was “updated”, this we could’ve done ourselves, and within 24 hours of having the vehicle back it was having the same issue. When a return call was placed, we were told different things we could do to “troubleshoot the issue ourselves”. This is unacceptable as we are not employed nor paid to do this work.

Ms. Barre was so incredibly personable helpful and honest when I brought my car in. When I was told my car my not get serviced the day of and it may have to stay all weekend had me worried, but Ms. Barre assured me that she will do her best to have it back to me the same day and she truly made it happen I'm very impressed with the service and the honesty. Thank you for your assistance and service.
