I have no problem will the service department. They were very helpful and friendly . I have a problem with GM.My year old car with just over 3000 miles had it in for service on 5/22/26 .On 28/26 was told the parts needed to fix my cat were on back order and would not be in till mid July. That no dealership in the country had the parts needed to fix the car

Everyone in the dealership was amazing Anthony my service rep kept me well. Informed, was super friendly and thoughtful to my situation, the woman who helped me with the loaner was very efficient and friendly, and the lot guys were amazing as well as my technician who took care of all of my issues. Exceptional service.

Service advisor was nice, friendly enough. However over 2 hrs 30 mins for an oil change was a bit excessive.

Great as allways

Horrible experience, they wasted two hours of my time. Went in for an oil change and specified that I would be waiting for the vehicle. Instead of doing the oil change they started a recall (which I hadn’t been notified about) which was going to take hours. I couldn’t spend my whole day there, so after almost 2 hours and 20 minutes I left with my car exactly as it was when I came in. No oil change done, no recall completed, just a total waste of my time and energy. Horrendous customer service, not even an apology.
